The Power Systems Lab at McGill University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering focuses on cutting-edge research in power generation, transmission, and distribution. Our team comprises three professors, five Master’s students, nine PhD students, and four postdoctoral fellows, all using state-of-the-art facilities. Our research encompasses optimization in electricity markets, transmission planning, and new technologies in power delivery. We offer various courses in power engineering and opportunities for student involvement through projects, internships, and scholarships.
