Zone Page • Zone page enables a user to make a live, one-way broadcast to a small, selected group of phones. • A user dials a short sequence of numbers (*901 + zone number) to initiate a zone page. After hearing a beep, the user speaks into the handset to begin the page. • Zones will be extensions from: • Users • Stations • Station Groups • Workgroups

  3. Call park • Call Park enables a user to place the current call on hold in a specific orbit. While on a connected call, a user can press the call park soft key and enter an orbit number. • A user can park as well a call from the Client with the Button. • To pick up the call, the user presses the pickup soft key, followed by the orbit number and then the Rtrive soft key. • Or use the Orbit pagein the Client

  4. Group Call pickup • When group call pickup is enabled, a user can answer an alerting call on any phone in their station group. The user does not need to know the extension number of the ringing phone, but can simply press the Pickup and Group soft keys. • If there are more then one alerting call in the group(s) the oldest call will be picked.

  5. Call Attribute to get Desktop Pop-up • Add a call attribute called “Eic_ClientMsg” will pop a message (toast) at the User Desktop if the call arrives

  6. Status Synchronized - Attempts to synchronize the users status when they are logged into the station. Uses the rules defined in the users client configuration as to how exactly that behaves. Configuration in Interaction Client DND Status synchronization

  7. Configure Line 2 Key on IP 320/330 • The customer can now configure the function of the 2nd line key on a Polycom 320/330 • Do not disturb • Messages • Line 2

  8. Support for RFC3842- Urgent VM • Previously, if there was a voicemail, we would show 1 message and not specify urgent/non-urgent. • On SIP phones that support message counts (targeted at Polycom phones), the customer will be able to see the urgent/new/old counts. • Provides for an accurate message count when messages button is pressed on phone.

  9. Update Caller ID display • Updates the CallerID display info on call transfers and persistent connections.

  10. Disable Speakerphone Created for those customers who wish to disable the speakerphone for security purposes and consideration of others in restricted spaces.

  11. Distinctive Ring In IA, customers will be able to configure ring sets which define the ring type for Internal, External, and DID calls. Ring sets can be assigned to stations in IA. The wave file location is in …\i3\ic\resources\

  12. Enable Forward key • Ability to enable the forward soft key on a Managed phonethis will NOT synchronize the status for the logged in user

  17. 1. Create new call classification and classify Managers Station Extension with that new classification 2. Assign new classification to Secretary role Assistant/Executive arrangements

  18. 4. Secretaries will see who forwarded the call Assistant/Executive arrangements 3. Managers (or Administrators ;-) ) can create call coverage to forward calls to Secretary (on busy, no Answer, DND or all)

  20. 2 way intercom paging (SU6) • Ability for an executive to start conversation with assistant without having the assistant picking up the phone • Enhancement to the IA GUI will follow to assign a dedicated access right for that feature
