Launching of the phase pre-CATI Programming of the questionnaire Sample addresses • In B2B, we work on sample addresses bought by ourselves or provided by the client. • This purchase is realized with a network of specialized companies owning representative sample of the companies environment (NACE code, size, business sector, region…). • When it is possible and pertinent, we use to work on sample addresses pre-filled of specific criteria (e.g. companies which have made a purchase on the web during the last 6 months). • We guarantee you an optimal exploitation of the sample (see “data processing”). These time slots may be adjusted according to the appointments made. • Possibility to attend interviews or organize a distance-monitoring system, including from sponsors' premises. • Professional interviewers specializes in gathering information by telephone and in the business sector studied. No interviewer who has not been briefed during the official session is part of the fieldwork team. • Set-up of follow-up sheets to forward you each relevant comments the target would like to pass on to you.
