  2. Shop Costs • Increase from $38 -50 this year • Increase to $65 next year • Consequences • We will drastically limit shop use • All shop work needs explicit approval by me before proceeding

  3. LHCb Physics Coordinator Election • Candidates • Marta Calvi • Ulrik Egede • Guy Wilkinson • Marcin will attend Collaboration Board meeting with strict instructions

  4. CLEO • Office is being cleared out • Meeting this weekend – Plenary by Liming on Saturday (who is the Idiot?) Please attend the talk in case of any flak • Liming will say something today

  5. VELO Testbeam • Great success • More after FPCP

  6. FPCP Preparations • At Crowne Plaza on May 27 & 28 • Set up registration May 27 from 4 pm – 8 pm, & May 28 in morning • Sadia, Alessandra, Liming (supervisor JC) • Hand out registration materials (see next slide) • Mark down on participants list, those that have registered (including guests)

  7. FPCP Registration Materials • Name tag: those with colored tags get meals & coffee – tell people this. Those with grey tags do not get meals and coffee • Meal choice tickets: for those with colored tickets – point this out • Receipt – will get special request, be prepared to print out different formats • Agenda • Maps: Lake Placid merchants & Hotel related • Goodies: folder, pen, booklet, sanitizer, backpack • Participants list

  8. FPCP: Stuff to bring (Ray) • Registration materials • Computer & Printer • One large FPCP poster from end of corridor & one small one • Rahul Sinha from Bus station • 4 Easels for posters • Transparence projector (for backup)

  9. FPCP Indico (JC) • Need to set up Indico page NOW and email all speakers • Include a slot for my welcome talk

  10. Excursions • Excursion lunches • Algonquin (Alessandra) • Mt. Jo (Marina) • Olympic + Cobble Hill (Steve) • Need to order lunches at a local place after finding out preferences of people in group (or just get vegies) & make sure to get water • Need to pick up lunches after leaving hotel • Olympic & Cobble Hill after tour of Olympic Center
