  2. Audit aim • To look at total number of calls across the Network as a whole for a period of one month( 1st Oct -31st Oct 2010) • Look at numbers of calls taken overnight and those at weekends • Look at call outcomes

  3. Areas that took part Cumbria, Sunderland, Co Durham & Darlington, James Cook. • Sunderland & Cumbria were pilot site for the 24 Hour Triage Tool. • Gateshead did their own audit in November 2010. • Newcastle unable to collect full data needed therefore not included in these results
