  3. 7 Hygiene of the baby 8 Bath the baby. 9 Use clean water,mild soap,and a clean towel. 10 Insist on the baby’s folds when bathing him. 11 Always clean the baby’s anus after he defecates. 12 Change the baby’s nappy regularly.(every two hours)

  4. 13 How to take care of the baby’s clothes. • 14 Never mix the baby’s dresses and that of the mother. • 15 Rinse excreta from nappy immidiately. • 16 Never use bleach on the baby’s dresses. • 14 Always dry the baby’s clothes directly under the sun.

  5. Hygiene of the Mother • Do not share toilet objects. • Always wash your hands first before bathing. • Clean your anus from front to back.

  6. How to care for your Vagina • Wash your hands first. • Wash the large and the small lips. • Do not insert your finger into your vigina.

  7. Menses • Change your pad regularly.

  8. How to care for our underwears • Use cotton pants. • Avoid tight pants. • Steep them in warm water at least once a week. • Dry them directly under the sun to avoid germs.

  9. How to brush your teeth.

  10. How to care for your nails.

  11. How to keep your hair clean.
