I was not able to wrap my mind around the numerous developers and builders present in the market and the similarities and differences between their projects. There are so many projects offering different amenities. Every project had its USP. However, I was looking for a project which is closer to the city and yet surrounded by nature. When I got my first salary, I started saving for the downpayment for my first house. When it was finally ready, I started searching for good projects nearby. Spacious house units and a sample amount of light make their apartments desirable. I fell in love with the 3BHK unit I saw. I now own a house there and live happily with my family.
