We follow any special instructions detailed on your packing list. • Evaluation & Quote: If requested, we will quote your repair before proceeding. • Repair: After quote approval, your PCB is assigned to a technician. He will be responsible for your item. • After approval, the lead technician will check the PCB visually. • He will involve other departments as needed (Component level testing, functional level testing etc). • After fault identification the fault components removed and replaced. Single shift basis for full capacity utilizations. • The full capacity utilisation will be achieved in three years. 60% in the first year followed by 75% in the next year and more than 90% in subsequent years. • The existing factory set up has about 4000 sq. feet service area and about 1000 sq. ft. administration office area.
