  2. Money Laundering Lawyer • To end negative notions about uncertainty and red-tapism that discouraged foreign investment in the country, the NarendraModi's government is poised to convert red-tapism into red-carpet welcome of foreign enterprises and investors through business friendly policies and environment. "Among the speedy measures taken by Modi led government are the rationalisation of restrictive labour, environmental and FDI norms that caused declining investment in recent years. In addition, establishing a single-window system for start-ups will allow young entrepreneurs to clear more than 100 clearances from a single online window. This is expected to commence from March 2015."- KislayPandey, Money Laundering Lawyer, the Supreme Court of India.

  3. These three major initiatives will help to restore the faith of domestic as well as overseas investors in Indian market. The limitation of 20,000 square metres assembly line for securing environmental clearance has been rolled back by the environment ministry and it is fervently welcomed by India's business fraternity. It is really disappointing that India is ranked 134th out of 189 countries on the ease of doing business index by World Bank. "We have invited a large number of industry leaders across sectors, big, small and medium to the Make In India campaign launch by the PM at VigyanBhawan," said a senior government official. "To develop business and investment opportunities in India, healthy relationship with neighbour countries and rest of the world is the pre-requisite of Make In India campaign and in this context Indian embassies around the world are can play a quite dynamic and vital role. Besides external affairs ministry has been asked to organise road shows in association of state governments."- KislayPandey, Money Laundering Lawyer, the Supreme Court of India.

  4. Simplifying the process of issuing terms of reference for projects in the private sectors will also be the part of the relaxation initiatives once approved by the government. Furthermore, the ministry of labour is keen to reintroduce 'fixed-term employment' concept under the Industrial Employment Act of 1946. The Make In India campaign is an initiative of the NarendraModi led NDA government to simplify clearances processes for new business initiation, end annoying red-tapism and bureaucratic hassles and revamp the whole system for creating more business and investment friendly environment in India Inc. The Prime Minister NarendraModi has also asked all government departments to simplify their process and must try to curtail the paper work, bulky affidavits and certificates and they must focus on adapting technology and gifts of IT in creating a single window system- simple, sound and easy. ***
