  2. SDC Update – June 2012 • Investment Plans submitted to OCIO for approval • Core Network • Firewall • Storage • OB2 Heat Reduction project • Data collection complete from 24 agencies • Data being entered into database for analysis • Final report to be produced before August

SDC Update – June 2012 • SDC Facilities • Some security administration staff moved to the SDC • Work beginning to relocate security office and install access control devices • Secure shipping and receiving area complete • Begin procurement of cable documentation system • Begin installation of Tech Lab enclosures and benches • Network Core project • Resume work with vendor to implement core network equipment (once investment plan is approved)

  4. SDC Update – June 2012 • Firewall project • Complete acquisition and delivery of equipment (once investment plan is approved) • Storage project • Developed design and installation options • Revised investment plan and RFQQ • Will finalize and release RFQQ once we have signed investment plan

SDC Update – June 2012 • Move WSP to SDC • Working with WSP to design initial phase and identify equipment needs • Tentative agreement that SDC security is adequate and no cages are required • CTS Move from OB2 to SDC (Phase 1) • Refining schedule and dependencies • Begin risk assessment • Draft investment plan
