  2. Here's what Crazyfly says about the 2019 Crazyfly Tango The 2019 CrazyFly Tango is a freestyle kite for advanced to expert riders looking to unhook and ride hard. With the updated bridle set up, the tango now produces that much needed slack for handle-passes, making it the perfect companion for progressing into the next kiteboarding level. The 2019 Crazyfly Tango is a modern open C-shape kite with lots of pull, power and pop. It turns quickly with predictable power and moves exactly where the rider wants it to go. Powered kite loops come with ease, plus the T2019 Crazyfly Tango provides amazing upwind abilities. Shape wise, the 2019 Crazyfly Tango has short completely squared wingtips and short Linked bridle without pulleys or sliders for ultimate response and direct bar feel. Exclusive to CrazyFly, we use Triplex, the most advanced ripstop material on the market. Triplex has by far the best strength to weight ratio and with triple coating its durability is unmatched. The coating protects the fabric from UV rays, salt and abrasive objects, such as sand. Triple coating and three ripstop yarns ensure the lowest possible elongation and deterioration of the material. For 2019, we have re-worked multiple details on the construction of the Tango, such as brand new fluid flow struts, redesigned wingtips with more dacron and lab tested seams. The Tango pushes the limits of strength, rigidity and weight of the kite. With Strategic Dacron placement and Tailored Canopy, we created the most compact kite and the resulting performance is breathtaking. The 2019 Crazyfly Tango – anything you want.

  3. 2019 Crazyfly Tango Highlights -Open C-shape - High speed turning C-kite feel with constant pull and precise control. The Open C-shape gives the kite a lot of pop and slack, making it ideal for freestyle and riders looking to progress. Even though the kite turns quickly, it is very easy to control with medium bar pressure. - - 3 Strut Design - Reduces the weight of the kite and increases performance. Due to the compact shape of the kite and high quality of materials the kite has optimal strength to weight ratio with three struts only. - - Dacron Frame - Heavy duty Dacron frame is the backbone of our kites. Without sacrificing strength, we were able to take our multiple reinforcements inside the kite, which allowed us to use more dacron on the canopy without adding more weight to the kite. The heavy duty Dacron frame ensures the best strength to weight ratio and makes the kite much more rigid, correctly shaped, stronger and durable. This results in amazing flight stability, more dynamic reactions to rider input and explosive boosts. - - Triplex - Brand new and exclusive to CrazyFly, we introduced Triplex, the most advanced ripstop material on the market.   4. 2019 Crazyfly Tango Features - Swept Leading Edge Seam - By challenging the traditional kite construction for improvements, we came up with the swept leading edge seam. The leading edge seam on the wingtips of the kite is swept higher towards the canopy where it has less influence on airflow. This allows for higher aerodynamic efficiency and more precisely controlled kite. - United Dacron Panel - This revolutionary feature increases the kite’s rigidity and reactivity allowing for better flight experience. Every seam on the kite gets stretched over time, especially in the stressed area pulled by the backlines. So, instead of using multiple Dacron panels, we used a single United Dacron Panel. The reactions of the kite are noticeably quicker and they do not fade over time. - Synergy Strut Bond - Another upgrade this year is the Synergy Strut Bond, in other words, how the struts connects to the canopy of the kite. Instead of a single attachment seam, we connected the strut to the canopy with two parallel seams, creating the ultimate synergy between the strut and the kite. This synergy noticeably improved how the kite generates power during turns and kiteloops and how it holds its shape during flight. - Linked Bridle - Brand new for 2017 kites, the Linked Bridle does not have any pulleys nor sliders. It creates a direct link between the rider and the kite, resulting in faster kite reactions and more controlled handling. The Linked Bridle is also much more durable than conventional bridles, as it reduces bridle line movement and abrasion to minimum.
