  3. All Serious Crimes In April 2012 there were no reports of the following crimes viz: Suicide, Attempted Suicide, Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, Buggery, Kidnapping, Administering Poison, Unlawful Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault and Arson

  4. All Serious Crimes Having reviewed the crime trend of April 2012, it can be shown that the amount of crimes that have occurred shows an increase. When compared to March 2011 the amount of serious crimes were at an increase but remains under the upper control limit

  5. The hours at which Serious Offences occurred mostly for the month of April 2012, are 0700hrs, 1100hrs, 1200hrs, 1500hrs, 1600hrs,1800hrs, 1900hrs and 2000. • Serious offences occurred more often on Tuesdays for the month of April 2012.

  6. Attempted Burglary There was One (1) report of Attempted Burglary This occurred in the Cudjoe Head district One (1) occurred at Look Out This is under Inquires

  7. Burglary Crimes involving Burglary for the month of April 2012 has shown a huge decrease but however is under the Control Mean.

Burglary There were Two (2) reports of Burglary One (1) occurred in the Salem District One (1) occurred in the Cudjoe Head District One (1) occurred at Lime Kiln One (1) occurred at Sweeney's Two (2) Arrest were made, however, the complainant request no further police action. One (1) is under investigation

  10. Theft Crimes involving Theft for the month of April 2012 has shown a huge decrease. However for the month of March 2011 and April 2011 crimes involving theft has been on the rise.

Theft There were Five (5) reports of Theft Four (4) occurred in the Cudjoe Head District One (1) occurred in the Salem District Two (2) occurred at Brades One (1) occurred at Davy Hill One (1) occurred at Gerald's One (1) occurred at Woodlands Five (5) arrest were made Five (5) were discharged One (1) search warrant was executed One(1) requested no further police action One (1) is under investigation

  12. Crimes involving Assault for the month of April 2012 has shown a huge increase. However crimes involving Assault has been above the Lower Control Limit

Assault There were Four (4) reports of Assault Three (3) occurred in the Cudjoe Head district One (1) occurred in the Salem district One (1) occurred at St Johns One (1) occurred at Brades One (1) occurred at Little Bay One (1) occurred at Hope Two (2) requested court action One (1) requested police to warn One(1) arrest, charge and bail

  14. Crimes involving Criminal Damage for the month of April 2012 has shown a huge increase compared to that of March 2012.

  16. Intelligence Reports submitted by Departments It is observed that Community Beat has produced 17 Intelligence Reports followed by Shift 1 with 11 for the month of April, 2012. All officers are still asked to produce information which is more detailed so as to ensure that more effective searches can be conducted which in turn would lead to arrests and successful convictions at Court.
