  3. Submitting Survey Online • Complete your printed survey • Go to the survey website • Submit online by May 17, 2002 Survey Website: http://www.unt.edu/zlot/survey UNT Center for Digital Knowledge

Login Information • To ensure security: • Use the username and password sent to your library Username: [######] Password: [**######] Note: If you are inactive for a long time, you might have to log in again. If you saved your answers, they will be there when you log in again. UNT Center for Digital Knowledge

  5. Saving & Submitting Answers These 2 boxes are at the end of each section. If you might be interrupted for any reason, click here to save your answers from time to time. If you want to go to another section of the survey, click here to save the answers you entered. When you're satisfied with all your answers in a section, click here to submit them as final.
