Avaya Site Administration Configurable Date Format • Accessible from Tools>Options menu • Date can be appended to filename for reports, exports, etc… • Gives the user the ability to configure the format of the date (i.e. MM-dd-yyyy, MM-dd-yy, yy-MM-dd, etc…) • Separator can be hyphen, period or none

Avaya Site Administration Default Station Templates (cont’d) • 5 default set types supported (2410, 2420, 4610, 4620 and 4620 with IP Softphone enabled) • Default Templates have standard configuration and some commonly used feature buttons pre-assigned • Cannot change the Default System Templates • All User created templates will reside in User Template area • Can make a copy of a Default System Template that is placed in User Template area • User can drag and drop a template from the System Template area into the User Template area, where it can be renamed and changes saved

Voice Announcement Manager Existing Features • Supports TN2501 VAL Boards, Virtual VAL Boards (G700/G350/G250), and Audio Groups • Allows the user to create new announcement properties and transfer the associated audio file • Allows the user to delete the displayed announcement file, as well as announcement properties • Allows restore of announcement files and properties • Allows backup of announcement files according to a specified schedule. • Allows broadcast of announcement files according to a specified schedule • Allow viewing of up to five announcement property screens at once
