Our program continues its commitment to supporting the players, coaches and first class baseball facilities. This season we will offer sponsor opportunities to provide you maximum benefit for your investment. The sponsor opportunities will include scoreboard advertising, baseball fence signs, baseball bleacher signs and a new FRIENDS of CHS BASEBALL sponsor board @ Randy Jordan Field along with our website advertising and our larger Media Guide Ad Book. Sign and Website Agreement This Agreement is made between the undersigned corporation, business or individual (“Purchaser”) and the Columbus High Dugout Club (“Boosters”) and covers the following advertising package: Grand Slam: Scoreboard sign, ½ page media guide ad, website inclusion $2,500 Home Run: Fence sign, ¼ page media guide ad, website inclusion $1,000 Triple: Bleacher sign, Signature media guide ad, website inclusion $500 Friends the of Program: Sponsor board recognition, website inclusion $50 Indicate Selected Package:________________________ • Purchaser shall provide all advertising artwork/website information to Boosters on or before the deadline established. • Boosters shall install the sign/add website information on or before February 29, 2012. • Payment is due at Signing of this agreement.
