  3. Bulletproof Coffee Ingredients: 1 cup brewed hot coffee 1-2 tbsp virgin coconut oil 1 tbsp grass-fed butter 1 tsp cinnamon for taste (optional) Procedure: Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 secs or until frothy. Serve & enjoy.

French Toast with Scrambled Eggs Ingredients: 1 mashed banana 1 whole egg 2-3 egg whites 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp honey (optional) 2 tsp VCO Procedure: Mix banana, eggs, cinnamon, honey, vanilla extract & blend thoroughly. Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients: 1 medium size cauliflower 2 tbsp VCO 1 tbsp Indian masala 1 tbsp ground turmeric 1 tsp salt ½ tsp red chilli powder Fresh coriander (for garnishing) Procedure: Preheat oven to 450 C. Mix VCO, curry powder & red chilli powder in a large bowl. Add cauliflower to the bowl and toss it until the florets are evenly coated. Add dried red chilli, onions & green chilli in the skillet. Once the onion softens; add turmeric, salt, meat masala, curry leaves & black pepper & stir fry for one minute.
