Vehicle Qualifications • Be registered and garaged in Massachusetts • Have a Livery Registration • Must have signage (Minimum 2” lettering, and must be on both the passenger side, and rear of the vehicle) • Be smoke free • Have no mechanical/body issues that effect safety • Must have a valid (non-rejection) state inspection sticker. • Must have proper safety equipment on board (seat belt cutter, chock blocks, first aid kit) • Age Restriction – 5 years ambulatory, 7 years chair car (Program Based only)

  6. Vendor Staff Qualifications • Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening • Clean RMV Record (Drivers Only) • Clean CORI (Criminal Offender Records Information) • Complete HST Mandated Trainings (See next Slide) • Checked against the OIG (Office of the Inspector General) Exclusion list with no finding.
