Job Specification Form Twerdok’s Tailoring Job Title: Tailor Rate of pay: $20/hr Supervision: Owner Zach Twerdok Education: College Degree Experience: A tailor for a previous company or ability to sew and fabricate clothing Physical Requirements: None Abilities: Must be able to sew, measure, fit to appropriate size, and repair ripped clothing Training: Trained to cut and sew specific ways to make unique clothing that is different from others Job Requirements Major Job Tasks: Create clothing from different fabrics Duties: Clean Workstation, Make Clothes, measure clients, and wait on customers Number of work hours required per Week: Minimum 25 hours Maximum 45 hours Normal Work Schedule Daily: 12p.m. – 8 p.m. Weekly: 60 Hours Employee Benefits Provided Flexible work schedule, 10 days of vacation, and discounted price
