Ciclo Presupuestario • DEFINICIÓN: • El ciclo presupuestario consiste en un proceso mediante el cual las empresas, en su mayoría gubernamentales, asignan recursos para un determinado período anual. Los gobiernos, desde el federal hasta los municipales, siguen el mismo proceso general llamado ciclo presupuestario.

  3. FORMULACIONPRESUPUESTARIA • Es la fase del proceso presupuestario en que se articulan las propuestas de acción y producción de los Entes de mandantes de recursos financieros (autogestión, fiscales o de financiamiento) con los catálogos y clasificadores presupuestarios.
