This supplementary figure illustrates the impact of SOCS7 knockdown on the expression of STAT3 and p-STAT3 in T24 and NKB1 cells, assessed via immunocytochemistry and Western blotting. The siRNA targeting SOCS7 was transfected at 20 nM, with assays conducted 72 hours for T24 and 96 hours for NKB1 cells. Additionally, variations in IFN-β and ISG expression in the melanoma A2058 cell line were analyzed using real-time PCR, highlighting differential protein expression in response to SOCS7 modulation.
