  5. Here are some of the popular ones Electronic Stability Control (ESC) – A crucial driving safety feature, the ESC has been known to avert the risk of a fall over crash by almost 80%, by improving rollover assistance and aiding braking and emergency handling techniques.

  6. The ESC comes in so many different versions but its main function is to put the car back on the road in the intended line of travel by automatically taking over when the car loses control at high speeds, averting potential disasters.

  11. Then there are run-flat tires, which allow you to drive at speeds above 50 miles despite lower pressure. Most accidents on highways are caused by tire bursts causing a speeding car to veer out of control, so such features greatly help long distance driving safety.
