  4. Love is a choice Love is a fruit! The resultof choosing to be led by the Holy Spirit.

  5. Love is the highest attainment of godliness Col 3:14 - But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection

  6. 2 Peter 1 - addto your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love Following Jesus, starts with FAITH and ends with LOVE

  7. THE GREATEST OF ALL

  8. IS A COMMANDMENT OF JESUS LOVE

  9. There is more than 10 commandments John 13 - A new command I give you: Love one another! As I have loved you, so you must love one another

  10. This NEW COMMANMENT did not do away with these 10 whatsoever. But it did greatly simplify what following Jesus and obedience means

  11. When we love like Jesus We instinctively obey all His commandments DO ONE THING

  12. Love the Lord your God with ALL your heart and with ALL your soul and with ALL your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: LOVE your neighbor as yourself. ALL the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?

  13. Too many of us have fallen victim to pride and have become evil judgers of hearts. We must return to our first love and love as JESUS loves us. Love is at the center of any walk of holiness.

  14. It is called the ROYAL LAW “LOVE”

  17. Romans 13:10 - Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law

  18. Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law. Are you fulfilling the law of Christ?

  19. This is love! When we were still sinners, Christ died for us

  20. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life

  21. Love is helping others in their time of need LOVE James 2 - faith without works is dead

  22. John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends Are you a friend of Jesus? He died and then we die to self

  23. John 13 - Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.

  24. With the truth about sin and the gospel Love is snatching our brothers from the flames of hell

  25. James 5 - Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul

  26. A God Kind of LOVE 1 Tim 5 - Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning

  27. Without LOVE Our testimony to others is nothing but a clanging cymbal

  28. If we are not patient, we shut their ears to hearing the truth If we brag or are arrogant we might as well be banging a gong

  29. Love is kind and gentle. If we do not show kindness, we have not the Love of the Father in us Love endures trials and suffering. It does not change who we are in Christ We still LOVE

  30. If we love God, we will love others and we will be obeying His commandments 1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God,that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome

  31. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God Remember

  32. We reap what we sow You want love, GIVE LOVE!

  33. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love
