    3. 1. INTRODUCCIN 1.1. Antecedentes y descripcin del problema medioambiental.

    4. Los residuos de la industria agroalimentaria son gestionados por empresas especializadas que los neutralizan o degradan. En algunos casos, los residuos lquidos son descargados directamente a la red de saneamiento o a las corrientes superficiales de agua. Estos procesos adems de ser costosos requieren grandes cantidades de energa y agua. Grandes problemas de contaminacin y desajustes graves en las depuradoras.
