TE KAAKU. Utensils. 1 HOANA (traditional plate). 1 tuki kea ( big rock). 2 big bowls. 1 MAIOKA (traditional wood spoon). Ingredients. 1 breadfruit. Coconut milk. 1 bowl of water. Instructions. Cook the breadfruit. When it’s ready, peel it with MAIOKA.

  8. 1 breadfruit

  9. Coconutmilk

  10. 1 bowl of water

  11. Instructions

  12. Cook the breadfruit

  13. When it’s ready, peel it with MAIOKA

  14. Roll it and remove the seed

  15. Pound the breadfruit with the big rock to obtain a soft dough

  16. Serve the KAAKU with the coconutmilk.
