自制肥皂. 背景和原理. 透明皂的制作有两类方法:一类是采用酒精、糖及甘油等“加入物法”;另一类不加加入物,全靠研磨、压条来达到透明的目的,称“研压法”。“加入物法”透明皂宜小规模生产,无需特殊设备,本实验即为该法。酒精除作为“加入物”外,还能增加油脂在碱中的溶解度,大大加快皂化反应。. 操作步骤. 1. 将猪油小火加热融化,保持在 80℃ 左右,再加入蓖麻油,用搅拌机搅拌 2min ,油温仍维持在 80℃ 左右。

  2. 背景和原理 • 透明皂的制作有两类方法:一类是采用酒精、糖及甘油等“加入物法”;另一类不加加入物,全靠研磨、压条来达到透明的目的,称“研压法”。“加入物法”透明皂宜小规模生产,无需特殊设备,本实验即为该法。酒精除作为“加入物”外,还能增加油脂在碱中的溶解度,大大加快皂化反应。

  3. 操作步骤 • 1.将猪油小火加热融化,保持在80℃左右,再加入蓖麻油,用搅拌机搅拌2min,油温仍维持在80℃左右。 • 2.将NaOH与酒精混合均匀,在搅拌下很快地加入猪油和蓖麻油的混合液中进行皂化,此时会迅速生成淡黄色浆状固体。保持温度在75℃以下,待皂化完全后停止搅拌,加盖静置片刻
