FESTIVAL INFORMATION • When: 11 – 12 May 2013 (Saturday - Sunday) • Where: Exhibition Venue at Central Business District • Time: Both days 10:00 – 18:00 (8 hours) The festival will be focused solely on Greek products and services in order to further introduce Greek products to the Chinese Market

WHO IS ADRESSED TO The festival is addressed to • Companies that are interested in exporting their goods in China • Companies that already export to China and want to further enhance their presence to Beijing • Companies that want to establish a wide commercial network in Beijing

BEIJING DRAFT ITENERARY FOR GREEK PARTICIPANTS

FESTIVAL • The festival will be held at the Central Business District of the Chaoyang District on of the most busy districts of Beijing • The Central Business District is the commercial heart of a city

PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS • The festival will only include Greek Products. • Each participant will have a specific space to showcase his products. • The space will include tables for placement of products and information material, as well as chairs, garbage bins and power supply. • The venue will provide to the participants storage rooms and room for B2B meetings.

PROMOTION • Promotion of the Festival in Beijing will be handled by the University of Beijing, the Greek Embassy in Beijing and the Chinese Government’s Commercial office for the CDB district (Beijing CDB Management Committee). • Invitations especially for the festival will be sent to: • China Chamber of Commerce for Import/Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce, and Animal By-products • China Chamber of International Commerce • Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce • Beijing Import and Export Enterprise Association • The festival will be also open to the public. • UIBE will arrange for publicity of the festival in the mass media and the internet.
