This document outlines our observations and recommendations for the placement of PIR-based occupancy sensors in the proposed facility. We have identified a total of approximately 120 sensors required, with their locations illustrated in the accompanying slides marked by blue circles. Additional details, including a quotation for pricing and a technical data sheet for the BAS 12322 ver. 1.2 sensor model, are attached. This analysis ensures optimal energy efficiency and user comfort throughout the facility.

Our Observations and recommendations • The placement of the PIR based occupancy sensors is illustrated in the following slides. • The sensor locations are approximately plotted with a blue circle. • Total number of Sensors required for the entire facility : 120 approximately. • Proposed model of the sensor: BAS 12322 ver 1.2 • Please find the attached quotation for details on the pricing • Please find the attached data sheet of the product for technical information on the product.
