Introduction Nile Crocodiles are slowly becoming more endangered with only 25,000 left in the world. There are many reasons to this, read this power point to find out more about this. Diet They eat hippos, lions, relephants but these animals also hunt crocodiles. They don't just eat land animals they also eat fish. If they see somthing they would like to eat they will stalk it untill it's in their stomach.
Habitat Nile Crocodiles live in marshes, wetlands, lakes and rivers around South Africa. Sometimes their rivers are near small villages but they don't attack the villages.
Why they are endangered? Crocodiles are endangered because £300 million worth of crocodile skin is sold every year. But it's not just our fault they are endangered they are hunted by lions, hippos and other animals. The process is you get the scales die them black or another colour and then put it on leather.
