  1. I SEE YOU! Andrew Fritsch

  2. What is the Problem? • There are few cameras in our warehouse, allowing employees to slack off and not work where there aren’t cameras. • Without camera surveillance in the warehouse, employees tend to hide and leave their work for other employees.

  3. What is the Problem? Cont’d.. • Slacking off/not working is not fair to the employees that are constantly busy. • The work takes longer because of the lack of effort and participation as a whole. • Employees are often frustrated and the quality of work goes down.

  4. Why are cameras necessary? • More cameras set up throughout the warehouse can show employees who are slacking. • This will show owners which employees are deserving of praise • This will also be used as a security system for the company’s product.

  5. Questions for the company • How much will more cameras cost the company? • Will this cause employees to work harder? • Will quality of productivity go up from these extra cameras?

  6. Installation of Cameras • Cameras will be installed in corners and areas where major work is going on. • Security guards/managers/owners will watch new cameras • This will be more money for our company ($600), but it will benefit productivity.

  7. How will cameras benefit our company? • It will be used as a security system for all the product in the warehouse. • Employees will have to work because somebody will constantly be watching. • Cameras will prove pay checks being earned based off their work ethic.

  8. Productivity • With more cameras, employees will be forced to do their job. • This will cause better relationships between employees. • More productivity=better quality of work

  9. Consequences/ Future Results • If caught, employees will be let go. • This is another way our company will save money: paying less employees. • This will allow possible raises for employees who are actually EARNING their paycheck

  10. Conclusion • Few cameras are allowing employees to slack • More cameras will prevent this from happening • More security = more productivity • Questions/Concerns: email fritscal@miamioh.edu or call (513) 555-3878
