About Kristina Clecak Oak Grove School District, San Jose, CA 2013-2015 Lead Principal - Bernal Learning Community Collaborate, support and communicate weekly with Principal colleagues in a coaching capacity, while taking part bimonthly, in the Superintendent’s Elite Cabinet meeting. Responsible for District’s Vision, Core Values and on-going communications with leadership team to implement strategic plan and vision for the district. Principal – Bernal Intermediate School 2013-2015 Administrator and instructional leader for staff of 75 and 840 in student body. Distinguished School Awarded, Business School Honor Roll recipient with 75% student body on Principals Honor Roll during this time period.
