  1. Ayurvedic Benefits For Vitamin D Deficiency Vitamin D is an essential vitamin that has powerful effects throughout the body. Vitamin D functions at every single cell in the body. When the skin is exposed to sunlight, the vitamins benefit your organization. Vitamin D is there in certain food items like fish and some dairy products.
