Presenting • March 12th: Wells Fargo Financial Lab Visit • March 12th: College of Business Career Fair

New Planner Recruiting: • On Campus Tomorrow! • FPA Presentation starting at 3:00 – 4:00pm in SSW 2522 • Interviews starting at 4:30 -6:30pm in SSW 2522 • What They Do: • Educate you on the transition from student to professional • Help on improving resume and interview skills • Help identify career track best suited for you • Building skill set necessary for you to succeed in new career • Education/Help with passing the CFP exam • Apply for a position directly through their website at: http://newplannerrecruiting.com/job-opportunities/ • Or submit a resume via email to cbrown@newplannerrecruiting.com

Looking to Interview?... • Sign up for an interview via Sign-Up Sheet! • Interviews to be conducted between 4:00 & 6:00 (After FPA Presentation) • All interviews will take place in SSW 2522 • Interviews will last between 15 and 30 Minutes • Bring resume copies and dress nicely (preferably business casual) • * I will be contacting you via phone/text this evening to confirm interview time.

Advisors Ahead • Advisors Ahead has built programs to provide a foundation to help students be more effective from the beginning of their careers as Financial Advisors. • What they Do: • Provides supplemental material to build upon existing University foundation • Development of interpersonal skills, self marketing, and behavioral finance. • Help studying and passing CFP Licensing Exam • Real work experience in an internship then full paid job program • Comprised of three separate development programs • Preparatory Program (All grade levels) • Institute – Internship (Junior – Graduate; summer only) • Institute – Residency (Senior & Graduates only)

  8. Today’s Speaker:Tom Warschauer Earned his Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Colorado. Pre-academic career; president of both a investment real estate firm, a stock brokerage firm and been an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. He has been a Certified Financial Planner licensee since 1976. Currently works as Department Head of the Financial Services Dept.
