My perception of work has completely changed after gaining employment with training. I feel respected and responsible as an adult, consistently making it to work on time. This job allows me to enhance my skills and aspire to become a team leader someday. I'm proud to be part of a large organization and contribute to something significant. Feedback from a young person now in Employment with Training My view about what it would be like to work has totally changed .... I feel I am treated like an adult and take full responsibility getting myself to work on time. I can see I can further my skills in this job and there are lots of opportunities for me to become a team leader one day. I feel proud to work for such a big company and be part of something so big. My expectations of my role were quite low but from what I have now experienced I just feel so happy to be here.’
