The Stephen Lewis Foundation champions community-based organizations addressing the HIV/AIDS crisis in sub-Saharan Africa. Since 2003, we have supported over 1,100 initiatives across 15 countries. Notably, our collaboration with Aeroplan and the Grandmothers Campaign highlights grassroots empowerment and cross-continental solidarity. Through educational trips, product sales, and various campaigns, we underline the strength of partnerships driven by shared values, genuine collaboration, and operational leadership. Together, we can create meaningful change in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
