Investigating Tracheal Responses to ACh: Influence of LEPB and REPB Parameters
DESCRIPTION
This study explores the effects of varying parameters on tracheal responses to Acetylcholine (ACh). We analyze data across different pre-constricted baseline values (LEPB) and reference post-expansion values (REPB) to identify maximum contractions (Fmax) under specified conditions. Our focus is on quantifying the tracheal reaction at different parameter settings and assessing the implications for respiratory physiology. Results from the trachea's reaction in relation to HumIPB and Fmax metrics provide insights into bronchial responsiveness.
