Seidel Road Realignment Project: Conservation Area Impact Permit Request

The Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has submitted a Conservation Area Impact Permit request for the Seidel Road Realignment Project. In a meeting prior to today’s hearing, EPD met with Commissioner Boyd to discuss the staff report and recommendations included in the agenda packet. The project area, which includes wetland impact locations, is mapped for clarity, showing the existing conditions and proposed mitigation areas. Approval is requested for CAI-14-02-003, subject to listed conditions in the staff report.
