  1. How to install a LOV Notes unit. Same process applies for Home or Cemetery installations

  2. Concrete Frame and Bronze Heart Weighs Approx. 50 pounds

  3. The RECEIVER PolyADS/S65 Takes approx. 40 min. to install

  4. STEPS TO INSTALL COMPLETE UNIT 1. Remove sod, (20” Diameter)

  5. 2. Dig a 20” diameter hole The depth of the hole depends on the length of the RECEIVER being installed: (However long the RECEIVER is Add 4-inches to that length)

  6. Example: 12-inch Receiver plus 4-inches equals 16-inch depth, a 16-inch Receiver plus 4-inches equals a 20-inch depth and so on.

  7. If you are in an area the has poor drainage add gravel

  8. 3. Placing the RECEIVER: Place RECEIVER in the center of the pre-dug hole making sure RECEIVER is straight up and down. (Not tilted)

  9. 4. Place dirt or gravel around the RECEIVER: Lightly pack dirt or gravel (as you pack make sure the RECEIVER is not tilted), (if tilted, then adjust with dirt/gravel pressure)

  10. Keeping dirt level. Fill dirt up to the bottom of the top outer ring.

  11. 5. Remove excess DIRT or Gravel from the inside of the RECEIVER. Excess dirt/gravel must be removed

  12. 6. Placement of CONCRETE FRAME: CONCRETE FRAME has a placement-centering guide (To insure proper centering)

  13. Place the CONCRETE FRAME over the RECEIVER: Centering guide inserts into the RECEIVER . (“IMPORTANT” CONCRETE FRAME DOES NOT REST ON THE RECEIVER)

  14. If the Frame is resting on the RECEIVER all you need to do, is slightly move the FRAME side to side, you will feel a slight drop of the FRAME: • It is now centered and resting on the dirt. • After moving the FRAME and you still feel that it is resting on the RECEIVER; there are only 2 possibilities why this is happening. • #1 RECEIVER is not yet centered properly ~ (move some more). # 2 The dirt is not up to the necessary level on the RECEIVER ~ (remove FRAME, add dirt, pack and replace FRAME).

  15. Finishing touches • Replace dirt (and sod if necessary) around frame. • Brush off all dirt and debris. • LOV Notes is now ready to RECEIVE.
