  2. ,,It was in 1783 that Louise XVI bought the field of Rambouillet for his cousin the Duke of Penthievre to make A field of hunting of it. But it was also the time of apiculture. Thus it was the beginning of an experimental farm. This second vocation of the field is concretized by the construction of the „large farm” In 1785. This double function will remain always the base of this national side” (…)

  3. During our stay in France we visited ‘The National Sheep Farm’.

  4. First we visited a cowshed.

  5. Then we went to a big sheep barn.

  6. Inside we saw a lot of sheep. They were white, black or black and white. There are many races of sheep and cows bred on the farm.

  7. The best sheep in the world

  8. There were also five horses and the donkey (the sweetest creature in the world!).

  9. In a separate building there were also goats, rabbits, ducks and very big pigs.

  10. WOW! It's a very big pig !!

  11. Our students were very interested in the sheep farm. What an encounter! I like it! goodbye
