How To Use This Template • To start a new presentation using this template • Double-click or open the template • Select Save As from the File menu • After saving, delete any slides that you don’t need • To change the Footer at the bottom of all slides • Select Header & Footer from the View menu • Edit the values you wish to change and click OK • We recommend that you do NOT use the automatic date/time feature of the Footer, since that will be updated to the current date each time your slides are viewed or printed Evergreen District Confidential

How To Use Logos • Adding a logo to your presentation • Right click on the logo and select COPY • Select desired slide • Right click and select PASTE • Resizing - logos can be moderately sized up (about 80%) and down (about 50%) without loss to image quality • Select the logo • Hold down the SHIFT KEY and drag the CORNER of the highlighted box up or down, to the desired size • For questions about Brand Usage Guidelines, contact the BHS Marketing & PR Department or the EVG District Director of Marketing & PR Evergreen District Confidential
