Dependent) GOAL AND PROCESS

  3. 3 components curriculum that correlates with mainstream content courses language development integrated with content subjects instruction in use of learning strategies Need to address: contextual use of clues for comprehension task complexity (higher level reasoning) use of learning strategies (metacognitive, cognitive, social-affective) kind of knowledge necessary (declarative—what we know; procedural—how we learn) PROCESS (cont’d)
