  9. 8:其他 • 根据冰融化的程度进行适时适当的加冰,做到商品的随时保鲜 • 根据销售情况高峰期台面可陈列2-3层,低峰期陈列1-----2层 • 鸡脯肉上台面时下面应铺塑料膜,大、小肠、花肠要化冰后方可上台面 • 做到勤添货少添量,以免化冰后影响卖相及增加损耗 • 根据当店售卖商品的种类合理安排台面,合理利用堆头,使其价值最大化 • 当天没有售完的台面商品不能返冻,用干冰保养
