DARD Pump RTLO Is Supposed To Be Excluded from Cost Allocation of NCPC LSCPR Credits • QA auditing of the Energy Market Offer Flexibility and NCPC software implementation for 12/3/14 identified an inadvertent omission that occurred in the recent rewrite of III.F.3 - NCPC cost allocation • DARD Pump RTLO is currently excluded from RTLO used to allocate the cost of NCPC for DA & RT LSCPR credits • This design is unchanged under the recent NCPC cost allocation rewrite • The necessary tariff language in the original cost allocation rules (at III.F.3.1) was not correctly carried over into the rewritten rules. • To remedy the omission, add “excluding Real-Time Load Obligations associated with Dispatchable Asset Related Demand Resources (pumps only)” to the “new” III.F.3.3
