  2. Registration Dates • Opens Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 7:00 AM • Closes Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 4:00 PM

  3. Exam Costs • 2012 Cost- $58 per exam • Fees can be paid in person with cash, check, or money order • Fees can be paid online using a credit or debit card

  4. Late Exams • A late exam may be considered if one of the following conditions occurs. • A conflict with a corresponding IB exam. • An illness on exam day verified by a doctor’s note. • THERE WILL BE NO LATE EXAMS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY EXAM MISSED, EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE CASES!! • Morning exams begin at 8:00 AM and afternoon exams begin at 12:00 PM with NO REFUNDS for late arriving students.

Confirmation • The next page will allow you to review all of your information and make edits to your registration. • You must read the refund policy and check the box at the bottom of the page. • Click “Confirm Your Registration” at the bottom of the page. • Students are able to cancel their exams up until March 2nd for a full refund. After March 2nd, there will be no refunds issued.

  13. Final Page Please print and return one copy of your confirmation page to Mr. Lemons in the College and Career center. In person payments can also be processed in the College and Career Center.

  14. Any Questions • Students wishing to apply for financial assistance need to see Mr. Lemons as soon as possible. • Please direct any questions to Mr. Lemons in the AHS College and Career Center.
