Types of Report • GnG Report (Per cluster from ACTIX) • Pre-Launch Tuning Tracker • Post Launch Tuning Report • Post Launch Tuning Tracker (updated after every drive) • Post Launch Tuning Cluster Close out summary report (One time @ end of tuning) • Any other specific report as and when requested by Cingular, parameter change / feature trials etc etc.. • Issues Tracking

Go No-Go Report – Think Green !!! • GNG drives are performed currently using Agilent Nitro E6494 and post processed using ACTIX. • GnG drives contain one HSDPA download of 5MB file, 1 PS R99 download of 3MB file and a MOC-MTC Voice call for 30 seconds and 15 seconds wait. • GnG KPIs for packet are divided into Application Layer and Technology Layer Categories.

  4. The Drive to Green – RF Perspective RF Engineer At the end of every GnG Drive post processing you are required to analyze the logs for all KPIs that are red and provide explanations.

  5. Post Launch Tuning Tracker • Post Launch Drives are performed when 90% sites are available in the cluster and 60% sites in the neighboring clusters. • The KPI at the end of every drive needs to be updated in the tracker. • To present the results to the customer – detailed report from Omega Tool can be used.

  6. Cluster Close-out Report • The Cluster Close-out report is created at the end of the Post Launch Tuning Activity. • The report is per cluster summarizing the results of the post launch drive. • All KPIs that are RED need to be explained with any long term recommendations to fix the problem. • The template and some plots are automatically generated from the OMEGA Tool.
