  2. Keep your credit cards safe. - Don’t lose your credit card, if lost or stolen immediately report to the bank to cancel the credit card. - Please sign your card immediately after receive, using non-erasable ball-point pen. - Please ensure the credit card is with you at all material times.
  3. Avoid giving out your credit card information - Keep your security number and don’t share it with someone else. - You must not write your PIN on the credit card. - You must not disclose the PIN to any person, including any employee of the Bank. - You must not allow anyone to have access to your PIN.
  4. Be cautious when using your credit card online - Make sure that websites begins with “https” its means the website provide secure connection for users. - Secure websites have a “lock” icon this is to guarantee the transactions and data provided are safe and secure. - Do not send credit card details via e-mail. - Keep transaction records including Uniform Resource Locator(URL).
  5. Don’t sign blank credit card receipts - Check your credit card statement thoroughly before make payment. - Check to ensure that 2 sales slips are printed for each transaction. - Before signing any sales slips, you must ensure that your name, credit card number and amount transacted are in order/ accurate. - Keep the customer copy of your sales slips for future reference.
