This study investigates the n-fold induction of KCDT11 mRNA in HCT-15 and HCT-116 cell lines following treatment with AZA (azacitidine) and CTR (control). We assess the expression levels of KCDT11 mRNA across various concentrations and time points, providing insights into the regulatory mechanisms involved. The findings contribute to understanding KCDT11's role in cancer biology and may have implications for therapeutic strategies involving epigenetic modulation in colorectal cancer.
