  2. Back to top How do I navigate? This lesson has been designed for simple navigation. Each button has a specific function: This is the lesson title This is the screen title This is where the main text will appear The prompts tell you exactly what to do on a screen? The audio controls allow you to stop and play the audio. The closed captioning window opens a popup with a text version of the audio. The Help button opens this Help Me file. The Menu button opens a jump list to all the screens in the training. The Back button takes you to the previous screen. The Next button takes you to the next screen.

  3. Back to top Question: Why is the next button red? Solution: The Next button will remain red until you have clicked everything on the screen. Follow the prompts and do everything that is required. The prompts will change when there is something else to do. The prompt will tell you what you need to do so that you can progress. In this case, you need to click on the blue label. Once you do that, the Next button will turn to white and you can progress to the next screen. When the Next button is red you cannot progress to the next screen.

  4. Back to top Question: I paused the audio and nothing is happening on the screen. Solution: The slideshows are timed to the narration. If you pause the narration, the slideshow will stop. Simply, press the play button and the slideshow will continue.

  5. Back to top Question: I want to stop and come back to the lesson. Solution: You can close the lesson and come back at anytime. Simply close the web browser and the system will remember what screen you were on when you come back to the lesson. Select the close button in your browser to close the lesson and return later.

  6. Back to top Question: I want to use close captioning Solution: Click on the Closed captioning button to read the text of the audio. To close the popup, click on the Close button. The closed Captioning button will open a popup with the text of the audio
