T.E.S.S

The T.E.S.S. project aims to transfer innovative educational products across various sectors in Italy, Lithuania, Bulgaria, the UK (Ireland and Scotland), and Turkey. By leveraging the outcomes of the HRTP (Human Resource Tutor Profile) model, this project seeks to develop a training platform tailored for teachers, tutors, and trainers engaged in adult education. Key anticipated results include the localization of e-learning modules, implementation in educational institutions, process monitoring, and product enhancement based on evaluation outcomes.

  3. PROJECT IDEA Transfer of innovation product into different sectors and countries. Using pre-existing pilot project (HRTP – human resource tutor profile) results we intend to disseminate results to create a training platform for teachers, tutors and trainers involved in adult education.

Anticipated results • Adopting and localising the e-learning training platform to project partners. • Implementation of the product to project partners education institutions. • Monitoring of the product implementation process. • Improving the product according to the testing results. • Validation.
