  10. EXAMPLE Utopia Public Schools We are proud that… all of our teachers have completed 5 NCDPI Modules in their PLCs and applied their learning to classroom practice as evidenced by classroom walkthrough data. Next, we need to…emphasize inter-rater reliability across the district by revising our walkthrough document to align with the new standards and 21st century practices our teachers have begun to implement. We will create a process by which administrators will visit other sites to conduct walkthroughs with colleagues to gain a sense of inter-rater reliability. A process will also be created to include teachers in walkthroughs. SMART Goal: By August 2013, our new walkthrough tool will be vetted, our walkthrough schedule will be created, and all stakeholders will be informed of the process by which we will conduct walkthroughs during the 2013-14 school year.

  11.
