  1. Mit der KAUFE-Checkliste lassen sich Ideen ausarbeiten. KAUFE basiert auf der Vorstellung, dass alles Neue eine Ergänzung oder Abwandlung von etwas bereits Existierendem sei. Nachdem das Thema oder Problem herauskristallisiert ist und erste Ideen entstanden sind, geht man eine Checkliste mit Fragen durch, um herauszufinden, welche neuen Ideen und Gedanken sich daraus ergeben. K= Kombinieren A= Anpassen? Ausweiten? Abwandeln? U = Umstellen? Umkehren? F = In anderer Form verwenden? E = Ersetzen? Eliminieren? KAUFE-Checkliste
